The movie would have been better if the movie ended how the first ending of the book was.

yea.. i liked how Adam was alone and i think Alex didnt really deserve Emma that much.. lol i mean, he did lie to her. plus, if it ended the 1st way, if wouldnt have been like a "fairytale". the movie was really good tho.. i liked it!

WOW i am so glad i am not the only one who thought that...the fact that they ended up together contradicted the whole point of the book and i hated that...otherwise it was cute.

maybe i am being to much of a grl but i liked how Alex and Emma got 2gether... but i think the book ending should have stayed the same b/c i like how adam ended up all alone!

yeah i agree with radcliffeQT. the movie should have ended how the book did. other than that i liked it except for one scene....

I saw this movie on TV in Mexico while on holiday and in the version I saw it ends after the phone call when Emma says something like if you really care about me you will leave alone. Alex then says Good Night Emma and Emma responds Good Bye Alex. Then the credits roll. I liked the way it ended.
