This Movie was the worst Movie that either myself or my Wife have ever seen. Awful, boring, horrible Film. It must be the worst Film of all time in my opinion. I guess we should have took the hint after opening the door to the Movie Theater to the Film, it stank so bad that we could smell it as we walked in ! Overall, waste of great talent with abysmal Script. Please God let there never be an Alex And Emma 2 !

I can't think of a worse storyline, though. The ending is ludicrous. Plan Nine from Outer Space was supposed to be the worst movie of all time, but that's only because this movie wasn't filmed yet.

Well, this was bad, but I've seen a lot worse. "Gigli", "From Justin to Kelly" and "Glitter" come to mind. At least this was watchable.

shareTrue. The film, in my opinion, was just bland, which sometimes, is worse than a really bad, preposterous movie? Perhaps because at least for a bad movie, it will stay in your mind and stand out. A so-so movie is easily forgettable and you mix up the actors with others. It didn't offer many laughs for me, and I thought the novel that Luke Wilson was dictating was kind of horrid - full of clichés (which I guess Hudson pointed out) and very trite.

Take it easy man. By your inflated language and sweeping generalizations I take it that you haven't really seen many movies. And since subjectivity is the rule of the day, I can tell you that I, my wife, and friends (male and female) have enjoyed this movie.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But what really gets me are those who speak like they’re the oracles of divine wisdom. Either say that you didn't like it, or give me an objective evaluation why it's a bad movie. Just shouting that it's the worst Film of all time won't intimidate people into your opinion

sharei'm not a chick, and i prefer action movies... but this movie was thoroughly enjoyable... i'd highly recomend it to anyone... the interaction between the characters is well thought out and amusing... there are enough twists to keep it interesting... and i thought the ending was perfect!
