An Ending

The cliffhanger from this series annoyed me so much that I'm seriously considering writing an ending novel to this series to provide closure. How many people on here that have seen it would read it?

unless you're manny coto you can probably forget it!

Agreed, but Manny has been pretty damn busy in the decade since O5 ended. But he was a ShowRunner To The Extreme, he wrote almost every episode and I'm guessing he had a large-scale plan on how to tell the story over a half-dozen seasons. That underground scene, nice teaser for an exciting second season, dammit I guess I'll just have to let my imagination provide the details...

I am so annoyed because I was just hoping that they finished the season on a cliffhanger, but they finished the series with no resolution. If anyone will write the ending I will be only too glad to read it. Or better still maybe they could make a remake and finish telling us the whole story. Grrrrrrrrrr.

I am so sick of the good shows being cancelled. I really enjoyed it myself.

Thanks for this. I just discovered this series, but before I started watching I wanted to find out if it had a complete story. I absolutely hate when a series builds everything up and then just ends with no closure on even the subplots...

Just finish watching season 1, the finale was a huge disappointment.

just watching the pilot again on Crackle... Angers me to no end to know there is no ending, and this was originally in Showtime.
There should have been an alternate ending filmed.

Interesting concept for a sci fi series, totally abandoned in the end.

Are you Sheldon Cooper?

Would it really be such a hassle when they know a show is about to be canceled to write an ending scene, even an impromptu one that may leave unanswered questions, so the viewers can have at least some sort of store closure?

It's truly annoying and something that is happening way to often. I'd rather have a mediocre or even a slightly disappointing one than none at all.

Threshold was one of the few series to do that. It does close off the show but doesn't provide as much satisfaction as a full closing episode would have done.

Fringe got renewed for a shortened Friday night slot season after what would have been certain crenelation had it not been for the powers of JJ Abrams and I guess whatever network deals between Fox and Warner Bros was going on. They used that short season to wrap up the series. That is the way it should be done.

ABC killed V remake without a proper ending but no that is broadcast [ Showtime had no excuse for this - people pay good money for their service and to create a storyline without an ending is unacceptable.....
