The message is simple: Adults should be patient and firm with children and use every moment as a teaching moment and pay attention. Lopez was about as patient as one could be and still carried dignity and respect for the children. It seems like simply a "slice of life" on the outside, but there is a great message for would-be parents or teachers out there.
