Inconsistencies

Did anyone else notice the continuity problems in this otherwise good movie, namely:

1) In one scene, a character is shot and in the next, they appear with no blood or damage?

2) A character emerges from the water and their clothes are dry?

These problems could have easily been solved, and it really took away from the movie for me.
