Hardest movie to find, does anyone know?

Hello, i am a Emmy Rossum fan, don't know if I would say "the biggest", but atleast I am big one. I have followed her movies ever since Phantom and I've loved every minute of screen time with her (yes, even in horrible movies like Poseidon and Dragonball). But now it seems she's dried up on making new movies which is a shame so it brings me right back to looking for old ones with her. Now, I've been casually trying to find this movie for about as long as I knew about who she is. I live in Europe so the American TV channel views does not help me one bit. I've been looking at paysites, amazon, ebay even pirated stuff, but can't find. I've been trying at her fanboards, trying to get in contanct with anyone that has helped the production (trough the official website), but still NOTHING. So now I'm sending out a final call. Does anyone know how I can watch this movie?
