The movie about Noël Rosa, the first and greatest popular brazilian man in Samba and MBP. The man who invented the term "Bossa Nova" 30 years before Tom Jobim, Vinícius de Moeras and João Gilberto. Noël was friend of Madame Satã in the nightlife of Lapa!!!
