I'm shocked that this film doesn't get more attention. The acting is top-notch, the story is intriguing, and the technical aspects of the film are all much better than I was expecting.

Netflix had it on DVD for a while, but now it seems they don't have enough copies (but they do have a streaming version). Heck, there aren't even any pirate torrents of this flick. It's just a shame that it's not more popular because it really is good competition for most of the bland, action-driven plots that Hollywood cranks out these days.

You are absolutely right! I had heard so many good things about it, and had it in my Netflix queue, but when they no longer carried it I went to amazon.com and bought it for $13.99. Worth it!!! It is really a shame that it didn't get more publicity, as it is truly excellent. Of course, the end is not "Hollywoodeske", and most people here will probably not appreciate it. I am glad that some, even one, like you, do!

yeah i loved this movie.

it was a little corny but it worked and was highly enjoyable. hidden gem definitely applies
