What happened to Skinny Pete?

The last time I saw him in the film was when the Ukranian boss Mashkov was questioning him about the murder of Yevhen? He was never shown again afterwards. Does anyone know what became of him?

He appears again later in the movie. He is on the phone with Charlie, and Pete tells Charlie that the ukrainians want to know who was looking for these gold bars. The ukrainians want to get revenge for Yevhen being killed. It is implied that Pete is the connection for Charlie to get the ukrainians there at the end to take Steve.

Aftr that he goes on a diet, starts excercising regularly, begins yoga, stops drinking, gets eventually into ultrarunning, and today runs at least thirty-five 100 mile runs each year. He has cut his hair, and sports a close-cropped 'do. He has a tattoo of a white rabbit on his left ankle.
