Underground Railroad? Saks?

I got pretty much the whole movie, but for the life of me the animatronic scene on the Jewish Underground Railroad showing Saks 5th Avenue denying credit cards was something I totally missed.

What was the joke in that if anyone can help, thanks.

What I interpreted it as as about Jews being really greedy and loving money..but who doesn't love money? That is a stupid stereotype, dating back to Shakespeare's time.
