Whats there not to like?
Graphics were excellent,
car selection is vast (although i'm a little angry - no Peugeot 406 sedan)

the licenses are actually challenging

The tune ups are actually modern,
and, have you ever seen a 500 horsepower Peugeot 206 RC?
B-spec mode is awesome, for when your ass is tired, but you want to take part in the action
Its got a McLaren. Enough said.
The only thing not to like is that there's no damage.
shareMy ONLY complaints with the game is the autosave and no load. How can you make a game with no loading option?! The autosave is annoying because it can't be turned completely off. Sometimes I just like to experiment and not save. This one though won't even let you change cars without a memory card inserted.
Other than that the game is near perfect. Love it as I did 1-3.
this game "was" the king of console simulation race games but i think Forza Motorsport (for xbox) wipes the floor with this game.
p.s. im assuming ALL ASSISTS ARE OFF... this is what makes the game great since you cant just floor the gas 24/7 and you cant slam on brakes or you will loose it... makes the game much more challenging and fun when all assists are off on forza.
plus engine sounds are SOOO much better in forza... this is another major factor in forza being better than gt4... cause listen to a high HP muscle car in forza vs gt4... it's night and day difference.
Forza Motorsport = 10/10 (new king of sim race games)
Gran Turismo 4 = 8/10 (just flat out aint as fun to play as forza is, i just cant play this game anymore, but then again it's much better than most racing games on the market)
