SPOILERS No Rome Course?

hey, i have completed about %45 of this game and so far it is pretty rad. but as far as i have noticed there is not rome course? is this true? maybe i have not unlocked it yet, but i was wondering if anyone knows for sure if there is or isnt a rome course, casn they please let me know.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be a Rome course or a Tahiti Road.
