I'm doing the New Game Plus or whatever the frick it's called, and the first time 'round I got an episode complete on the Moonflow, but I haven't been able to get it since, and I can't remember how the heck I did it the first time.

Complete all the missions at the Moonflow. How hard is that?

Make sure you get 100% on each quest. Don't let any cargo get stolen, sell all 10 tickets, etc..
