I'm a publicist for Metro Tartan, the UK distributers of Angel on the Right & we feel the film should not be categorised under 'comedy'. Just 'drama' is appropriate in our opinion.

Who in a sound mind would categorize this movie as a comedy? Probably only someone who never watched it

I've read some reviews from US and UK sites, and all of them categorizes this movie as a "comedy".
I can't understand how on earth could anyone consider this movie as a "comedy".

Docudrama or Docufiction, are more appropiate terms and defines better the genre of this movie.
