A word or two I didn't understand (*minor spoilers*)

There's a sentence near the end of the film which sophie tells her mother: "They say you have ??????????????, mummy." Can anyone tell me what EXACTLY Sophie told her mother, because there is a word or two I just can't hear well no matter how often I play that part. It is kind of important in order to fully understand the film (although the images themselves are enough to tell the story, which, in my opinion, is simply excellent). Any help would be appreciated.
