I've been working my way thru Gary Oldman's movies and I approached this movie with a bit of trepidation.
Not a big fan of Matthew Mc-no-shirt but GO far outweighed that. Yes, it could have been done better but the by the end I was hooked and glad that I had watched it. I've certainly seen alot worse. It ended very sweetly.

I agree with you. In fact, I thoroughly enjoyed the film. I'm so glad I didn't read all the negative commentary before I watched it.
