As crap as this game was I must say that the Japanese version looks better, but only in terms of plot as I believe the terrible gameplay is the same. However I would like a GBA port of all the Streets of Rage games (but with the Japanese version of this one) because people still play and love SoR/Bare Knuckle.
shareThe fighting system is a lot better then Bare Knuckle 2/Streets of Rage 2. This is my favorite Bare Knuckle, music isn't as good as 1 or 2 with a few exceptions. But it's the gameplay of Bare Knucle 3 that keeps me playing this game.
It's even better with the 6-pad MD controller. Axel's "press X once then hcf)" is one of my favorite moves or when you hold a katana B + f f to do the uppercut slash with the katanana or A + f to shoot off a shadow of your katana. I love it all.
