Not bad choices, I see you have put alotta thought into it but I wouldn't want Keira Knightley in it at all.
I haven't thought further than SOR 1, and for that I have managed to narrow down to 4 choice each for the main 3 characters. going from first choice at top to last choice at bottom!

If i could turn back time, yeah I would use most of the cast you have chosen but at this moment, maybe not!
Dolph Lundgren = yeah, in his prime he would hav been the perfect choice!
Keira Knightley = no way, no fighting experience, very thin and just NO!
Jascha Washington = very young, no fighting or skating experience and still ha s along way to go!
Arnold Scwarzennegar = definitely, back in the days when he was in his prime and looks like Max as well as built like him!
Wesley Snipes - great choice but also i would consider Michael jai White
Mel Gibson - NO! he just wouldnt fit the bill for some reason, would need someone with a more menacing look!
Mark Dcosscos - great martial artist, good actor too but maybe someone like Phillip Rhee?
I dunno, you have good choices though!
