Yeah, the Guy had way too much to drink.
He really chugged down a good part of that bottle lol
When he talks to the police officer, the camera zooms on his mouth indicating that the policeman is smelling his breath. Not to mention that he talked for a good while in the car with the windows down so it would have smelled alchool in the car even without him speaking.
Almost no one is discussing this great movie. I loved it so much.
I want to go back to Montreal.
