Goof??

Hey, when I was watching this documentary on the DVD, I noticed a shot where the camera shows a library shelf with all the Bond books on it, by Ian Fleming. Yet it has them all up to Tomorrow Never Dies... Am i right in thinking that Fleming didn't even write that one? That's a goof I think. someone lemme know!
