Listing hints/clues in the movie

finally got around seeing this, and I just wanted to list some hints in this movie that I can think of

When Jim goes to Yan's apartment for the first time, he sees the red letters on the mirror. It's actually meant for him, not her. He didn't wipe it, but when he came back it was gone. Yan didn't see it either when she ripped the newspaper.

Near the end, when the ghost appears, Yan looked to the right and felt the ghost's hand on her face. Though this could be Jim's imagination.

At the end, the fence is actually whole and not broken.

Apparently Yan was with Jim the whole time from the apartment to the roof, yet he couldn't see her (otherwise there's no way she'd be able to find him).


I like how it's very ambiguous who can see ghosts and who is imagining things. However, seems to me that it's more like Yan can see ghosts and Jim's been imagining it since the gf's death.
