First Kathy didn't had the right to own the house, she stayed in bed and didn't opened her mail which cost her the house, she should have moved on, and everything that happened to Behrani and his family is because of her, all my sympathies are with him.

Well, wasn't it established that her eviction was in fact a mistake? And the guy would only let her move in if she paid 4 x what the house was worth when he bought it? That's extortion.
shareYea the county offered his money back and what he out into it but he wanted the profit. He is entitled to the profit he thinks the market might give him. He should've accepted the money back and they both should've sued the county.
