Has anyone bought the DVD set from DVDrare.com yet?

If so, how is the picture quality?

They are now for sale on ioffer.com for like $26 shipped from the USA. I figured it was worth the risk and bought a set. The seller had them to me in a couple of days. They are TV recordings from a Detroit-area TV station but the picture and sound are of acceptable non-HD quality. It's a total of 7 disks with 2x episodes on the first 6 and the final one on the 7th disk. The disks are high-quality Sony DVDs with no labels, and come in a notebook-like DVD container with pockets for each disk. Disks 5 and 6 were transposed but that was easy to fix. I printed my own label set so the error could be corrected and they could be more easily identified.

It's hard to believe this show is now 13 years old. The ioffer site has a lot of old vintage TV shows. I was able to find a BBC show I had been looking for as well.

Here's the link for the RHD DVD set:

Thanks, Darkavenger. So far it sounds pretty good, but I have one more question: Were the commercials edited out of the episodes?

Yes, the ads are edited out very seamlessly. I have watched most of the episodes now. They are a mix from a Detroit CBS station and USA Network since CBS shafted us back in '02-03 and only showed some of them. The ends of the CBS ones I've seen have a local news anchor giving headlines in a split screen with credits as well as a promo for the Letterman show. I looked up some of the Letterman guests here and they corresponded with November 2002 when the show first aired. These are true time capsules. 

EDIT
I ripped one of the files on the first DVD and I think they are 720x480 if that helps, at least that's what it showed using my software.
