anyone else here think Rashamon resembles Serpentor?

i.e. from the GI Joe cartoons, kinda wears similar armor

Yes, he does resemble Serpentor quite a bit.

I know that the character it based on the other Conan character Thoth-Amon, just like King Hiss was in MOTU, but you have to wonder if the design artist wasn't influenced by Serpentor in G.I. Joe.

Jezmine also looks like a cross between Lady Jaye, Jedda Walker, and Serena from Diniriders.
