Mid-way through the film, Bruce gets a bunch of news reporters arrested for drug possession. While we later see Bruce making amends with many of the people he wronged, these reporters aren't among them. Are we to believe Bruce simply forgot about them, and they're now stuck with the punishment he gave them on a whim?
shareYears ago I complained about that, it really bothered me. He is not supposed to interfere with people's free will and while that might not technically qualify to ruin the lives of a group of innocent people like that, and I mean RUIN. They would be in prison for MANY years and when they get out their lives would be in shambles.
It really did not sit right with me.
Maybe all of the evidence could suddenly "disappear" forcing them to release them without charges.
I don't like that that was left hanging.
Yes, you're to believe Bruce simply forgot about them, and they're now stuck with the punishment he gave them on a whim. That exactly what you're to believe.
