why the heck did he shave his head?
and why did he kill her?
i was really freaked out :S

I cant say that i have been raped, so perhaps there is something i am missing, but i know people who have, and neither of then went insane the other day.

In a nutshell, though, he shaves her head because he now realises why she was giving such confusing answers when they saw the marine at the ice cream parlour at a previous scene. He is angry because there were so many opportunities that she could have warned him about what was going to happen to him, and he killed her partly, perhaps, to stop the same happening to future partners of hers.
