What happened to him? Where did he go?

I watch this show every now-and-then and enjoy it. Like they say on the promo, it's a guilty pleasure.

I started watching it awhile ago and the boss was the dude with gray hair. Quentin, I think. I stopped watching it and when I picked it up again, the boss was Jack. So, naturally I figured that Quentin had left the show and Jack became the new boss. However, when I checked out this site, Jack's tenure is listed as 2002-2003 (I believe) and Quentin's is 2003-2004.

So, what happened to Jack? Also, when does this show air new episodes? I'm assuming the ones currently being shown at the 1:30 a.m. EST timeslot are repeats from the first season. Regardless, I'm terribly confused. I need some sort of a map.

Yes, you guessed correctly. The show they are running this year is re-run of season 1 which is originally aired in 2002-2003. In season 2 (2003-2004), they introduced a new boss after Jack was "transfered" to the field agency as he hoped for.

Many fans of the show, including myself, seem to like season 1 much more than season 2. In the season 2, the show have become something that season 1 made fun of. It's just sad.

From what I've seen, I think I prefer season 1. Season 2 seems much more serious and the new boss is vapid. He's a more realistic boss, but I enjoyed the bumbling idiocy of Jack.

I watched the "La Puma" episode the other night and it was hilarious.

Here in Brazil we can see season 2 since november. After the wonderful season 1 I was ansious about season 2 but when I saw episode 1 I get really desapointed.They turned what was a great comedy into a boring drama.
