Most powerful scene for you?

Mine has to be Laura being told Adama was dead.

Zerek: Think about the people of the fleet. Surrender.
Laura: No. Not now. Not ever. Do you hear me? I will use every cannon, every bomb, every bullet, every weapon I have down to my own eye teeth to end you! I swear it! I'm coming for all of you!

Wow. Seeing this woman's passion brings life to the phrase "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned".

Been awhile since I watched the show, but I can think of a few.

1: Laura in the mini-series when she's sworn in as president.

2: Adama in the mini-series when he thinks Lee's ship is destroyed.

3: The destruction of the colonies.

Here's to the health of Cardinal Puff.

Although it's by no means the most poweful scene in this series, I was sobbing uncontrollably after the scene where the children were kept captive for black market trade to pedophiles. The most powerful scenes in the series are those that depict major truths about our current civilisation and its failings and occassionally strengths.

When the first Earth is discovered, and what went from complete and joyous celebration almost immediately turns into the cold, hard truth, that humanity is absolutely and completely screwed.

reply

You retarded *beep* this is mini-series message board.

reply

I think you're lost.

Zandretti is a fracker.

Hey Zandretti, best scene ever is when Starbuck asks Apollo what he wants to do with his life. So he answers, turns away a bit, looks back and *poof* Starbuck has completely disappeared. :0

reply

When Gaius Baltar says: "Yes. You know, I know about farming."

reply

I liked that too.

reply

This is one of the best delivered lines in the series IMHO.
Superb acting.

reply

Opening scene: "Are you alive?"

reply

Mine would have to be Baltars interactions with the "Six" that was being held captive and repeatedly raped on the Pegasus.

That really dug deep. Seeing a machine that broken down really had us thinking. That was truly fantastic writing.
