Felt like watching Honkeytonk Freeway

It didn't work then, and it didn't work now (or later then, as this was made in 2003). Maybe five minutes of entertainment, but no real worthy plot. Just a bunch of tiny meaningless stories thrown together with a cheap ribbon tying them all together at the end.
