Who was the man who turned out to be a spy for the enemy?

The guy who said his sister had been abducted and then Carlo sensed he was one of the bad guys? We then see him in the car when Teresa is taken and later rapes her on that weird torture table.
Despite him (or his character!) being the living image of evil, he is insanely good looking!!! Does anyone know if he has been in anything else?
