huh?
Is this basically impossible to find? It sounds kinda cool, but mainly I just wanna see David Bowie before he was famous. Also why is he in this?

I know this thread is over three years old at this writing, but I'll post this for the benefit of anyone surfing over here if not for the OP. Here is a link to "The Image": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNtrJSTmZ94 It's probably silent, because someone added Bowie's 1965 single "I'll Follow You" to play in the background.
With all due respect,
Lauren
Well thank you for the reply and link.
I was just going through my old posts to see how many dumb things I had posted, when I stumbled across this one. Funny to think back to the pre-youtube days........
You may have posted some dumb things, but this certainly wasn't one of them because I had the same question. Unfortunately, the clip has been removed from YouTube, probably because of copyright violations.
shareNah, the user removed it themselves. It's available here, along with Bowie's "The Looking Glass Murders" (which isn't listed on imdb):

And more information on "The Image" (including the screenplay) can be found on the director's official site:

Thanks so much for those links. Fascinating stuff!
