The Fifth graders

Not as much in the movie as in the show... maybe not in the movie at all, The "fifth graders" are these huge manly people.
I'm in my summer between 8th and 9th grade now and those guys are still kinda intimidating.
Does anyone else think they were over-dramatizing the fifth graders?
I'm trying to picture what the 12th graders would look like in that show.

Do today what they Won't, Do tomorrow what they Can't.

I know that when I was little, like in 1st grade, I looked at the 5th graders and tought they were so old, like highschool old. Maybe they were trying to put it as how a kid sees older kids, but they did go overboard by making them look like highschoolers instead of middleschoolers.
