Bit too raunchy for kids
First, a scantilly clad female enters a boys locker room and proceeds to be dirty talked to by small boys. in return she takes ones towel to leave him in his underpants in front of her and then uses the towel to whip and discipline the boys for " talking back." later in the movie cody banks uses his x-ray goggles to view that same womans breasts and to look through a pAir of young ladies clothes to view them in their revealing pairs of bras and panties where he and the older cia officials exclaim in excitment at the girls exposed lingerie. this movie is too sensual for kids it is closer to a porn film
