The original series comes out on DVD Jan 2006. Hopefully they'll include the remake in the set. If not, you can find bootleg copies on eBay.
shareI am a huge fan of the orignal series. So, I am also interested in seeing this new version.
Please let me know where I can see it or get the DVD, or something!
In case you didn't find it, it's on Season 2 last disk, Side 1. (Side 2 is a different TV movie that Irwin produced.)
shareWhere can we buy this at, or at least the old series????????
Better Living Thru Chemistry
It's on the last disc of the second volume of DVDs from the original TV series. You can buy the set at any store that carries a large selection of TV series DVDs, like Best Buy or Suncoast, or online through places like amazon.com or deepdiscount.com. Just do a little looking and I'm sure you'll be able to find it.

If you do torrents, it's available at ilovetorrents dot com, probably a few other torrent sites too.

Search for - Time Tunnel (2002) Pilot
Running Time: 50:58
Filesize: 398 MB
Video: Xvid 624 x 352 23.976 fps ca. 870 kBit/s
Audio: English mp3 192 kBit/s
You'll need a Usenet provider which give you a download client to use as well as server access but there are tons of them and most give free trials away of 3 to 5 Gb download, so just sign up for the free trails and cancel when they are used or stay with a good one with decent retention, period files are kept on servers.
But ye may as well get the freebies first before you commit to the one ye like.
You can get it on the Time Tunnel DVDs which released the original series. Frankly I didn't think it was as much fun as the original.
shareEasiest way is on youtube - it's in 5 parts, just search time tunnel pilot. Always baffles me how the studios throw money at a project like this that has legs and a good setup, then bury them.
The pilot has considerable promise and some dodgy moments (the oft mentioned supermodels in G.I. duds with no-one actually noticing - it certainly isn't going to help the team blend in) but the execution was interesting, it could have found it's feet in a half season and ironed out the problems and the cast was solid. Good idea to introduce the "240" idea and have winners and losers from this on the team.
One note is that the setup did feel very Stargate SG1 with time instead of space (presumably the very hook that led the studio to go for it), but having already changed history in the origin story (at the beginning, the lead's kids are looking at a map of the 49 states of the USA) there was the potential to really mess with our timeline and pull off some interesting episodes.
You can buy a copy at ioffer.com. I believe it is a pirated copy .
shareHas anyone ever aired this? I SWEAR I've seen it something JUST like it somewhere before. I especially remember the map of the 49 US stats or whatever.
