Who is Tony and Who is Douglas?!?!

Me and my Film Studies class were getting confused by these two; could anyone tell me who was Tony in the movie, and who was Douglas? Was one of them the drug dealer, and one of them...part of the drug dealer's gang? We thought they might have been one person (like Tony Douglas), but on the cast list, they are 2 different people. If anyone would like to answer, I (and my class) would be very grateful! :)

Douglas was the drug kingpin, and Tony was the old owner of the pizza shop, at least that's how I understood it.

Douglas is the ringleader of the local drug cartel, the guy at the Health Spa front dressed in a suit who drives the Ferrari. Tony is Douglas's right-hand man, the big dude in the leather jacket who gives Liam the knife during his nightclub 'initiation'.
