I've only seen a few episodes, but they were pretty funny. I'm going to start watching it more if I can find it.

If any one wants the entire second or third seasons, there is a bittorrent site called Digital Distractions that has them both. They're both about 4GB files, but all the episodes are there. The website is www.digitaldistractions.org Look under the heading "EVERYTHING ELSE"

reply

i got them all from there..but episode 3 from season 3 was missing there :/
maybe the tv station will repeat the season and they can put it on too..

reply

They actually just recently put up a new torrent file with all the season 3 episodes in it, including episode 3.

reply

cool..
but i already have all other episodes..i just need episode 3..
maybe anyone of you could put it on somewhere as a single file?!
or i'll ask in the digitcal distraction forum..

Hey --

I work on the show, and we just wrapped our fourth (and possibly last) season. If we do another season it won't start production until 2007. There's exciting rumblings about a Puppets Who Kill feature film though...time will tell.

The first show that will air -- probably in March, 2006 -- is probably the best episode we've ever done. It's called "Joyride", and boasts the most production value of any episode. We spent an extra 25% of our normal production budget to produce it.

The storyline has our heroes stealing a car from a mobster, and discovering that there's a dead body in the back seat (or is he dead?). What we spent money on was creating very cool computer backgrounds for all the driving scenes. (It's hard at the best of times to shoot driving scenes with actors, let alone four puppets). The backgrounds look like high-end computer games.

We were originally going to try and shoot it in 35mm, but that was way too much money. It also has acclaimed actor Tom McCamus playing the bad guy. He's great.

Hope you enjoy the new season!

John Pattison, the creator on the show did a fringe festival show with anecdotes from his life interspersed with puppets. His anecdotes and stories needed some editing and polishing, but man his puppet act was hysterical.
