WTF??

I watched some of the movie last night. They were childhood sweethearts. And he still had feelings of love for her. But there were a few scenes that indicated that he did not want to divorce Alex. He was in love with them both. A vision of a past love, who he remembers her to be. A woman in his present. Did he lie about his feelings? He didn't tell it all in that scene. But for her to come back and the resolution of the insurance, they had to talk. The insurance company was paying a man one million dollars, in which he was involved with woman, and at the scene of her death. How could she go back without confidence of his love for her. There was evidence that he felt strong for Ann. With each clue revealed, you saw Alex's face. What's the song, "if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with". That happens a lot.
