excellent example of 'rating creep'

I've always liked Denzel and I really enjoyed this film, but it's also a great example of 'rating creep.' NO WAY should this movie have been rated PG-13. If this movie were made ten years ago it would've been an R. WAY too much bloody violence, gunfire, and characters boinking each other for this to be a PG-13.

Way too much bloody violence? the only violent incidents in the film I recall was when Matt fought Paul on the balcony and at the end when he had a stand off with Chris and Ann.

Far from having "WAY" too much bloody violence and gunfire. As for the boinking each other, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

The boinking was off-screen, you saw them when they were ‘finished’ and they were fully clothed. Easily PG-13 material.
