The book by Barbara Vine is still available from most main bookshops ; if you are resident of UK you can easily source in Waterstones, for example. Would guess not difficult to find in US or Canada also.

shareAt the moment the book is out of print in the US, but there are numerous second hand copies available on Amazon.
However as of this date (May 2015) there is no US Kindle version, if that's what you're looking for.
