I actually don't like any of these girls...

Either I am just over this tired-ass show or this season is truly packed with a bunch of generally undesirable women. There is not one woman here that I actually like and I am finding that I am forcing myself to even finish the episodes.

Is anyone else finding this season particularly un-enjoyable?

i had this same conversation today with a co-worker. this season has been terrible. everything nick says and does is coming off as overly thought out and disingenuous. it's like he is worried about doing what he thinks is expected of him to make good tv that none of it feels real. i would be inclined to say that maybe he is just a super fake person, but i have heard him guest on quite a few podcasts where he seems like a normal, pretty chill and honest guy. it's like he feels more relaxed when 1,000 people are listening to him as opposed to millions watching him. i think this show brings out his worst, which is not desirable in a guy that you are suppose to be cheering for. add on top of that that so much screen time is still going to corrine that it's hard to feel any sort of relatability to the other women that you normally feel this late in the game. i think of few of these girls may come back to paradise and be fan favorites, but as for this season, i'm just ready for it to be over.

He's just giving very scripted, stiff responses to everything. It's like he's trying his hardest to be the most 'Bachelor' bachelor ever. Also it annoys me that he ALWAYS has a smirk on his face, even when someone is telling him something serious. What's with that?!

He's a total bore, so are the girls.

Yeah, I can't quite put my finger on exactly what it is, but I'm definitely less interested in the show this season. It's a struggle to get through each episode (every single one I've turned off after an hour or so and watched the rest later). Don't know if it's Nick, or the girls, or the lack of connection I'm seeing, or the total non-issues that are hyped up for drama, or something else entirely... but this season is a big old bore.

Also, they need to scrap this "rose ceremony in the middle of the show" BS that has gone on the last couple of seasons. The stuff they're leaving as attempted cliffhangers are lame, and they don't make me any more inclined to tune in the next week. If anything, they lose the momentum of the "drama" they've built up. By the time I tune in the next week, I'm like "wait, what's going on? Oh ... we're still on this?" Just a bad setup all around.

I COMPLETELY agree about the rose ceremonies. They do the same thing on BIP and it's so annoying. Every episode should end with a rose ceremony, makes it feel more complete.

This is the first bachelor season I've watched every episode since Sean's season. I'm honestly enjoying it, and I look forward to it every Monday.

I gave him my heart, and he gave me his fist

Good, I'm glad someone is enjoying it. I wish I were.

I do like Rachel a lot. She seems a lot more real than the other girls and has mostly stayed out of any drama. Vanessa is okay and so is Danielle M. But I'd agree overall some of the girls aren't that interesting. I guess Corinne is interesting but she's clearly a camera whore. I also don't buy Nicks connection with most of the girls.
