I have a few questions.

Before anyone says anything, no, it's not about why everyone was committing suicide as I think I got that figured out.

1. There's a very short scene in the movie that shows a little girl feeding a rabbit. What's up with that? Why was that put there?

2. How did the bag full of people's skin pieces randomly appear at the subway station and at the hospital? How does it move by itself?

3. Why do one of the young boys at the end say something like, "When rain dries, clouds form" (or something like that) and everyone else repeating what he said? Is that suppose to be some sort of comparison?

4. Why were everybody's cellphones ringing at the end?

5. What's up with the long stare scene between Mitsuko and that detective guy at the end?

I know I have a few more questions, but I just can't think of it right now. Thanks.

Not sure if I can answer all questions, but I'll give my 5 cents...

1. There's a very short scene in the movie that shows a little girl feeding a rabbit. What's up with that? Why was that put there?

... have to look that up again. maybe a reference to Alice in Wonderland?

2. How did the bag full of people's skin pieces randomly appear at the subway station and at the hospital? How does it move by itself?

... no reason. There are always unexplained things happening in movies that happen for no reason at all. Why do people die in Ringu (The Ring) after they receive a telephone call? No reason for it... I guess it just gives viewers the chills, the viewer expects some supernatural dark power behind it.

3. Why do one of the young boys at the end say something like, "When rain dries, clouds form" (or something like that) and everyone else repeating what he said? Is that suppose to be some sort of comparison?

... It's a Buddhist metaphor. Again: in Buddhist believe when you die then you will become one with everything.

You = Raindrop
Transformation after death / Rapture (I use the christian expression, sorry) = Drying / condensation of waterdrop
Cloud = One with everything (all condensed raindrops form in a cloud = everyone who's dead is connected with everyone)

4. Why were everybody's cellphones ringing at the end?

...it's just a symbol for the electronic connectedness (by cell-phones) instead of real connectedness. It also gives the impression that there's some kind of power calling everyone at the same time (maybe to make them all jump into suicide together).

5. What's up with the long stare scene between Mitsuko and that detective guy at the end?

...no real reason. you could say that it just underlines their mutual understanding without using words. or maybe it underlines the opposite that they do not understand each other, you can interpret that either way (though actually the second explanation makes more sense to me right now)
