Reminds me of that other animated film....Battle for Terra (aka Terra)

A computer-animated film that had a limited premier release before having a wide release.
A mediocre plot with a crap-load of actors who were sympathetic enough to help the guys who made the movie have their film see the light of day (at least that's what I think was one of the reasons the actors signed on to lend their voices).
Oh I'll check this out, as I checked out Battle for Terra, but Battle for Terra was mediocre; weak story, especially since many movies that also came out within the last 2 years BFT came out had a similar story (most notably Avatar, and YES Avatar might have come out after BFT but Avatar was....concieved WAY for BFT), acting was meh, the actors have done better, and as for CGI, even the Clone Wars looks better, but at least it wasn't horrible, I've seen worse CGI.
So yeah, I'll check it out, it promises to be educational in terms of science as well as entertaining, which should be interesting.....but I have low expectations for this film.
