I am troubled

There WERE some good things in the movie or documentary... I'm not sure what to call it. But there was a complete lack of insight in almost all of the comments. I am troubled by this because I was very excited to see a movie about unity and all of these interesting subjects. Maybe I missed something. I am open-minded to any explanations of what I may have missed. Is it just me or is this Tom Robbins sort of a moron?
Much of the music and footage of people was great, and almost worth the price of the DVD. But the comments ruined it. I would rather watch What the Bleep Do We Know?, and that was sort of lame, but at least the comments were more insightful.
And why so few comments from Kurt Vonnegut? Read his book Bluebeard, it is about fifteen or sixteen hundred times better than this movie.

WHOA! Haven't seen this movie, but I couldn't let your skepticism of Tom Robbins go unrefuted.

To answer your question, no, he's not a moron, but no, it probably isn't just you. He's a literary genius (read some of his books and you'll see), praised in all the right circles; but his movements as a child have left him with a very drawly strange kind of accent (I think he described it as Jack Nicholson crossed with Bill Clinton) that might make him appear dopey to some.
