Mr Monk and the Coronavirus

.. would make an epic episode.

Monk would be the only person in the city not infected because of his rigorous hand cleaning and well-honed germ avoidance techniques.

reply

He would also be really freaked-out!

reply

Yeah but also really smug in a "I was right all along" way.

He'd be so wrapped up in his own cleverness that he'd have minimal sympathy as people suffered.

reply

I am freaked out and I don't have any of his phobias. This could cause an entirely carastrophic event like The Great Depression, so yeah, I am freaking out.

Nobody cares about the effects of COVID-19 on the economy??

And?..

Are you and Moviebuff1 the same person?

Besides, not sure how this even remotely compares - a stupid thread like that deserves to be deleted.

Wow, you are actually unbalanced!

Okay then.

Knowing Monk, the Coronavirus wouldn't actually exist, and one guy would've conned everybody into believing it so he could get away with murdering his wife.

reply

I think you're onto something! 😆

reply

He'd be like Ambrose and never leave his house

reply

I was just saying on Facebook a few days ago I wonder how Monk would react to it.

OMG Mr Monk caught Covid-19.

Glad to see he's married and has a dog though.

reply

Corona is not a germ (bacteria). It is a virus.

Viruses (including Covid-19) are germs.

Bacteria are germs.

Fungi are germs.

Protozoa are germs.

Mr Monk avoided all germs.

reply

Did he even avoid Germans?

reply

I think he respects Germans as they are very logical and organised.
