I just hate the extra character they add. I was coll with huntress and Barbara but the little blonde girl made no sense to me. she comes by in ep one and she just sneaks her way into the base and just demands to be on the team. she acts like she should just be welcomed and be a super hero. she is the worst thing about the show even the fact that huntress not wearing a mask is acceptable to me since it did come into help in ep 1. and that only really bugs me when the cop is still tying to find out who she is. but over all I'm re editing the show with just barbara and huntress.

I just don't understand why they didn't just make Rachel Skarsten's Dinah the Black Canary, not some psychic teenager.

Because her mother, from Full House, Lori Loughlin was the Black Canary.

My favorite shows: Nikita, Spartacus, Banshee

They originally redesigned Black Canary to be the teenage psychic Dinah. But because of backlash introduced her as BC's daughter.

However, they should've just made Black Canary the star

Well to me Dinah's character reminded me too much of Dawn from Buffy, though more annoying. I think the writers should have done so much more with Dinah especially since they made a big stink out of her wanting to be part of the fighting team in one of the episodes and then immediately went back to her being a worthless little whiner in the next. Her powers always seemed to be an after thought and weren't used in parts where they would've been awesome.

Anyways it's too bad the show ended up just that: Horrible. If they had taken better care of the characters, their relationships, and the plot, I think it would have lasted a little longer. Ultimately, I think the shows downfall can be blamed on the piss poor writing team who were either really lazy or total amateurs who didn't have a clue on what the hell they were doing.
