Cuts in the spanish dvd version

I write in english in case other editions have the same problem.

I downloaded this movie years ago, but when the movie came on dvd I bought it without hesitation. To my surprise, a couple of scenes were removed, including the musical number with Tony Leung and Faye Wong. Why?
