Don't worry. Connery's legacy will survive this terrible film

Its a shame that this price of junk ended up being Sean Connery's last live action film. It did have potential, but it was poorly executed by the director Stephan norrington. He really screwed this film up and I blame him for everything that's wrong with it. His direction is so sloppy and third rate that I didn't know what was going on half the time. I mean he had this incredible actor (Connery) in the twilight of his career to work with. If the premise of the film had been executed properly he could have turned it into one last great film for the man, but sadly this was not to be. Sean Connery, who is pretty much fully retired at this point, was a great actor. But this film is completely unworthy of him. Fortunately, he still has a great deal of good timeless films and his legacy is still intact.
