What would happen next? (spoilers)

I was so happy when Frédéric and Camille kissed at the end! I was so worried they weren't going to get together!

At first, I got the imprsession that Camille would leave France with Frédéric because he had to leave due to his papers not being right and the fact that Viviane was singing "bon voyage" in the song in the movie on screen. But then I was thinking that since Camille was so involved with the French resistance that she would get Frédéric the right papers so he could stay. Still, France at that time probably wouldn't be the best place to begin a relationship.
