The Organ Dealers (spoiler)

The only the part I never understood was why the guy killed the organ dealers. Any explanations?

reply

OK, I asked this question because I thought that the kidney that showed up at the hospital was from the organ dealers.

But since this is not the case, then my question has been answered. Anyways, isn't the scene a bit misleading then?

reply

....

They stole his money and kidney in the opening scene and left him stranded naked in an abandoned building.

reply

Yeah I know that, but I thought that they'd donate the kidney to the hospital and that was how he got the "good news".

Secondly, my second post already said that I know what they did to him.

It's just that the scenes leading up to it all were unintentionally misleading.

reply

No.

Alright, let us break down what happened in the movie in regards to this in the order it happened.

Guy talks to doctor about the kidney. Doctor tells him it will cost X amount of money and they have to wait to find a match which can take a long time.

Guy decides to spend his severance money from his job where he was let go in the black market where the dealers tell him, we'll take your kidney and money and get you a kidney for your sister. They take his money and kidney and give him nothing in return. Because you know, sometimes those black market dealers aren't as trusty worthy as you'd think.

Later on doctor tells guy, "Hey good news. We found a match for your sister from some donor. This never happens. Boy aren't we lucky. Now we just need the money." Which he does not have.

Now what did you not get?

I said earlier: "It's just that the scenes leading up to it all were unintentionally misleading."

I know exactly what happened. Everything you said is exactly what my final conclusion were before having read your explanation.

the scenes weren't misleading at all, maybe be a bit less high when u watch a movie instead of mis-criticizing its editing.

It was pretty clear. Without their deception, the chain of events that followed would not have happened. Our guy would have had either them help his sis or if they never met him, he would have had th emoney to pay for the legal operation.

Everyone would have been happy. And judging by the way that guy was raping a customer in front of his own mom, that was one sick demented gang.

The way i understood the scene was that the dealers agreed to find his sister an organ for that amount of money; they never agreed to actually perform the transplant. He's deaf and dumb, so he was operating under the assumption that they owed him for his sister's life.
