Is it the Celebi? is there any way to find it in the forest the old woman in the bit between azalea and the forest says to stay out of mischeif. is there a way to cause trouble and make the protector appear?

Like they made fire red and leaf green as a remake of red and blue? something like Phoenix gold or something.

The only way to get Celebi is either with a cheating device or to get the GS ball in the Japanese version of Pokemon Crystal.
